Speedy’s Community Chest
It has always been important to AA-Air Company to give back to the community that supports us. Now we have a new way of giving and you get to be part of the process. Every other month we will be donating funds to three local organizations. You can choose your favorite below. You may vote once per day for your choice. The organization with the most votes at the end of the active voting month will receive $1000 from Speedy’s Community Chest. But not to worry, second and third place will receive $500 and $250 respectively. Individuals may vote up to once per day with a registered email. Don’t worry, your email won’t be spammed or sold.
Contact us if you would like your organization or community group to participate in the future. Participation is available no more than once annually.
Feral Feline Friends
Feral Feline Friends is a 501(c)3 helping to end feline overpopulation in Knoxville and surrounding areas. Our two main focus areas are our trap/neuter/release (TNR) program for feral cats and adoptions of tame, socialized felines at Petsmart on Morrell Road in Knoxville, Tennessee. We also have a barn cat program and provide education to the community.
Knoxville Pays it Forward
We are a local grassroots charity that helps hard working individuals who are in a bind due to no fault of their own. We also assist with emergency services. We work hand in hand with ETCH, Red Cross, local social workers, etc…
CAC Beardsley Farm
CAC Beardsley Farm is an urban demonstration farm that promotes food security and sustainable agriculture. Since 1998, we have increased access to fresh food in Knoxville by producing donations, educational programs, and community gardening. Beardsley Farm grows over 100 varieties of fruits and vegetables in four acres of Malcolm Martin Park. With the help of over 2,000 volunteers, Beardsley Farm donates over 10,000 pounds of produce to local hunger relief organizations such as Knoxville Area Rescue Ministries, Global Seed, and CAC Mobile Meals.
