“When your heating goes out on the coldest day of the year in January, it’s not a pleasant experience. We called several heating and cooling contractors including AA-AIR Company. My wife is an internet expert and saw the positive ratings for this company. I have to admit, this company and the entire staff were very professional. Allen was very polite and knowledgable. He was able to answer every question I could throw at him even to the point where I asked him to show me the cost difference of electric vs propane to heat my home. He took the cost per kWh and the cost of propane and was able to show me the difference! He is the only one who could. I had the contractor floor plan to the house but he insisted on measuring anyway. His measurements were nearly identical to the floor plan square foot. He also showed us how the previous unit from another contractor was much too large than needed. I had more confidence in him and this company than any of the others who merely offered me a quote over the phone. The install team was able to make it out the next day and was efficient and professional as promised. The Trane XL16c Hybrid and it’s installation, is a work of art as much as engineering. The unit performs as expected and is very quiet. I highly recommend AA-AIR and won’t do business with any other heating and cooling contractor. Thank you for your excellent service.”
