“John performed service on my units today. it's unusual today to see people always on time, neat, meticulous and knowledgeable. I know I've become spoiled over the past 30 years with this kind of service. What never fails to surprise me is John was aware of the company's history with me and the units they've installed during that time. I have found that the design of my installation has proven itself with durability, cost effectiveness and performance over many years. John and the other service techs always take care of the little things that head off problems. Its such an advantage to have techs who not only have been there before but are up on what they are going to see before they get there. Two of my children had AA – Air put units in for them and thanked me afterwards for the experience with the same installers and service techs I've had. It was for them a vast improvement over the experience they had with other companies.”
