“First of all, the person who answers the call (dispatcher?) lets you know when the serviceman will be there. Then, calls again to say he is enroute to your house. Good followup. When John Key came to service the HVAC system, which had not been running for several weeks, he was prompt, courteous, and explained what it needed and why to get running again. John clearly knows his HVAC stuff…been doing it for decades. He got the system fixed up and left me the parts he replaced. I would recommend AA Air Co. to anyone who wants professional service at reasonable prices.”
