“Kevin replaced my defective water heater. Because I live in a condo, the water heater is positioned in a utility closet behind the heating and air unit, which had to be removed to access the water heater. Kevin was extremely efficient in performing the work. He far exceeded my expectations in both the technical aspects and in his customer service skills.
