“Robert W. has always been easy to work with and helpful on setting up service for us for a number of years. Allen D. came out to look at our job and made recommendations as to the kind of system we needed. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. He came out after the install to do a QA check and to bring the final paperwork. The install team of Patrick R. , Greg S., and another young man completed the install in one day; and, only some followup work was needed the next day. Patrick was particularly helpful and considerate with the install. David P. also came out and advised us on the thermostat usage. The entire team was excellent in all they did to make the install work. It is amazing that it was done in one day! I would recommend AA-AIR Co. to anyone needing a heating & air conditioning system. “When your heating goes out on the coldest day of the year in January, it’s not a pleasant experience. We called several heating and cooling contractors including AA-AIR Company. My wife is an internet expert and saw the positive ratings for this company. I have to admit, this company and the entire staff were very professional. Allen was very polite and knowledgable. He was able to answer every question I could throw at him even to the point where I asked him to show me the cost difference of electric vs propane to heat my home. He took the cost per kWh and the cost of propane and was able to show me the difference! He is the only one who could. I had the contractor floor plan to the house but he insisted on measuring anyway. His measurements were nearly identical to the floor plan square foot. He also showed us how the previous unit from another contractor was much too large than needed. I had more confidence in him and this company than any of the others who merely offered me a quote over the phone. The install team was able to make it out the next day and was efficient and professional as promised. The Trane XL16c Hybrid and it’s installation, is a work of art as much as engineering. The unit performs as expected and is very quiet. I highly recommend AA-AIR and won’t do business with any other heating and cooling contractor. Thank you for your excellent service.”

He also alerted me to an appliance in our garage that had a manufacturer’s recall on it. We would never have known if he had not mentioned it. That would have been worth the call out fee alone! From the first call with front office the personal care , respectful communication and ‘help’ available was immediate . Esp. Outstanding in the reality that their schedules were slammed with customers’ emergency pipe breakages from frigid temps already…and we were calling with a heating system concern. scheduling the appointment time – David arrived as scheduled . He not only listened to ‘symptoms’ of our heating system problem …he HEARD our concerns . He investigated the system ,diagnosed the problem, and then took time to explain /educate us in ‘the why’ of what was happening , assured us that we were safe= not a fire concern, what he would do , the parts needed and estimate of when repair resolution appt. could happen ( early next week to repair ).
