“When we called AA-AIR early Sunday morning (8:30) it was a matter of minutes when a representative from the company responded to the answering service. She took down the information on what was or problem was. She told us upfront when asked what the service charge would be. Shortly after John Key was at the house found the problem and had our unit up and running. Mr. Key was very professional was thorough in pinpointing the problem and replacing the part. He explained all that he had done showed the faulty part. We have always been extremely happy with the work AA-AIR does and would recommend them to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning service.”
